Andy, Bart, and carl are each have a different pet. They own a dog, fish, and rat, but not necessarily in the same order.
Exactly one of the following statements is false:
1. Either Andy has a dog or Bart has a fish.
2. Either Carl has a fish or Andy has a rat.
3. Either Bart has a fish or Carl has a dog.
Note: When a statement has the form "Either A or B", it means "exactly one of A or B is true".
